Who doesn’t love a bit of glitz, glamour, beauty, theatricality and photography all wrapped into one? In this episode we are exploring the unbelievably beautiful world of burlesque! We begin with a chat with burlesque performer, director and costume designer Donna Hood to hear her tips to find burlesque talent or inspiration for your next shoot. We will photograph a variety of showgirls stylized in dramatic pieces using 1, 2, and even 5 lights. Throughout the episode we will explore how different specialty filters can make a dramatic impact on the results of the scene including Black Pro Mist, White Mist, Diopters, North Star Filters, 4 Point Start Filters, and more!
